Through gentle movement and hands-on work, you learn to sense and change patterns that are often unconscious.

What to expect
Sessions are slow and gentle, accessible to all mobility levels. Thereās no stretching, forcing, or pushing. You remain fully clothed.

Intro Sessions
This work is based on the Feldenkrais Method, a well-established approach developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais and used worldwide for improving movement and reducing tension. Learn more about the method.
