You Can’t Out-Stretch This

A different way to work with tension and effort

If tension keeps coming back despite doing ā€œall the right things,ā€
it may not be something to fix—but something to reorganize.

How this works

Most approaches try to reduce tension directly. This work looks at how tension is created in the first place.

Through gentle movement and hands-on work, you learn to sense and change patterns that are often unconscious.

When that shifts, movement becomes easier—and this change lasts.

What people notice

• less effort in movement

• less recurring tension

• improved coordination and posture

• feeling more at ease in daily activities

What to expect

Sessions are slow and gentle, accessible to all mobility levels. There’s no stretching, forcing, or pushing. You remain fully clothed.

A short session to experience the work (30-45 min.)

Suggested: $30–60
