Finding new possibilities when life feels stuck

Hands-on somatic healing and movement practice
based on the Feldenkrais Method in San Diego

When familiar solutions stop working

Sometimes pain, tension, stress, or restricted movement persist even after you've tried the usual solutions.

That's often because lasting change isn't simply a matter of stretching harder, strengthening more, or correcting posture. The way we move is shaped by deeply learned habits—and those habits can change.

“I consistently leave sessions feeling more at ease, aligned, and aware.”

— Carolyn M., writer and dancer

Hi, I’m Dmitry

Hello, I'm Dmitry

I'm a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and movement educator. My background as both a scientist and movement practitioner shapes how I work: with curiosity, careful observation, and respect for each person's individual experience.

I help people explore more comfortable and effective ways of moving, whether they're dealing with persistent pain and tension, stress, or simply wanting greater freedom in how they move and live.

A different way to create change

The Feldenkrais Method uses gentle movement, touch and attention to help you notice habitual patterns of tension and effort and explore other possibilities.

Rather than pushing, stretching or correcting the body, we create conditions in which movement can become easier, more coordinated and more adaptable.

See a short Feldenkrais Lesson in action

Curious what a lesson actually feels like? This short demonstration from a live workshop offers a glimpse into the process and the kinds of changes people sometimes notice.

“Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.”
— Moshe Feldenkrais, D.Sc., founder of the Feldenkrais Method
