When familiar solutions stop working
Many people struggle with persistent pain, tension, stress, or limitations that seem difficult to change. Others may simply sense there is more ease or possibility available in how they move and experience themselves.
We try stretching, exercise, massage, better posture, or simply pushing through — yet the same issues often return, or something doesn’t quite shift.
Sometimes the issue isn’t just where you feel it, but the habits and patterns your body has learned over time.

The Feldenkrais Method helps us uncover and change habitual patterns in how we move, sit and carry ourselves. Some of these patterns contribute to pain, tension and stress.
As these patterns change, many people experience greater comfort, freedom, and ease in everyday life.
A different way to create change
Instead of trying to “fix” the body, we explore how it organizes itself in movement and posture. Through gentle attention and movement, new options begin to emerge.
Sessions are gentle, comfortable, and collaborative. Using touch and guided movement, I help you notice patterns of tension and effort that may no longer be serving you. Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, easier breathing, and greater sense of comfort and connection in their bodies.

About Dmitry
My interest in this work grew from my own experience of feeling stuck and discovering unexpected ways to work with stress, tension, and overwhelm.
I bring a thoughtful, individualized approach to helping people reduce pain, improve function, and find greater ease in how they move and live.
My background as both a scientist and a movement educator shapes the way I work—combining curiosity, careful observation, and respect for each person's unique experience.
